Social Media Explained

Making money these days involves being on the web. Almost every business knows that. But many business owners I meet don’t really know what to do once they get a website. Many web designers leave them high and dry. “Here’s your site. Isn’t it great!”

So what’s next. Well it turns out that a website is not enough anymore. You need a blog too. And if you want to capture leads you better also be involved in social media. Over the next few months we hope to bring you all the resources your business needs from “how to” videos to experts that can answer your questions. So let’s start by viewing this excellent video on Social Media by Upsidedown Iceberg.

Email Marketing

If you are interested in getting more traffic to your site or selling more of your product, email marketing must be part of your strategy. The problem is that building a list is difficult and time consuming. Plus if you have never done a bulk mailing campaign it can be frustrating. That’s where a bulk mailing system makes sense. I have found one that takes care of the setup by walking you through some easy instructions –– and I do mean easy. It let’s you use your existing web design programs like Dreamweaver or you can just do a simple text ad. It’s up to you. Most importantly, your message will go out to approximately 2.7 million pre-qualified addresses. So you don’t have to build your own list. And as you build your own list you can send emails to them as well. I am planning to give this program a shot because it’s powerful and only costs $39 for a membership. That is all you have to pay and you can use it as often as you want. It sounds incredible, but that is the money back guarantee.

So start bringing more people to your site and increasing your sales with Web Traffic Marketing. Let me know how you like it and make sure to share this post.

Meltdown Part 2

Rather than continue with the story provided by my financial advisor, I found a better explanation in Sunday’s New York Times. What’s good about it? I believe it is more accurate and it gives some hints about the recovery. Speaking of recovery, I plan to spend a lot of time on promoting your business and making sure that you prosper during this recession. Here is the link to Alan S. Blinder’s article.
